Pane Per Poveri presents “L’Uomo del Pane” at No74 during Berlin Art Week

No74 and Pane Per Poveri are pleased to inivte to a evening hosted by PPP in the frame of Berlin Art Week.

Realized in Venice, Lido, in May 2015 during the opening days of the 56th Venice Biennale, Hanna Hildebrand and Matthew Antezzo captured the 72 hours of Pane Per Poveri, interviewed participating artists and documented the artworks that were part of the project.

After the preview of “L’Uomo del Pane” during Istanbul Biennale, it will now premier at No74 on September the 18^thwith two screenings starting at 6 and 8 pm.

Pane Per Poveri is a temporary art project organized by a group of Berlin artists and curators who wish to experiment with different forms of contemporary art events. Considering that art can exist apart from rules and established structures, it is the ambition of the PPP project to foster this freedom and to create a place where not only the production of art, but also its presentation and perception can abide with the least restrictions possible.

As the fleeting final days of summer pass before our eyes, we prepare for the oncoming roar of another winters bear. The future is on its way, and thanks to the help of Stockholm creative agency House of Randon, we now have a peek into what the future has in store for the world of fashion.

Summer might be waning but that’s not reason not to go explore the great outdoors.

Keeping that in mind adidas presents it’s newest initiative ‘adidas Journeys’, an ongoing series of events designed to build unique experiences through the use of sports and exploration.

Each journey brings together an international pool of sports enthusiasts, and sets them out on a journey designed to explore new terrains, meet new people, and test their will.

shoes for limited distribution with two silhouettes, the Energy boost Pure and marathon winning model adizero adios boost
Pure. Whilst still containing the high tech materials and properties of the originals, it’s the extra details – from gunmetal
3-Stripes to suede overlays and reflective heel mesh – that give it an edge.

The collection will feature both men’s and women’s versions in two exclusive colour directions: black on black for a timeless

Last Thursday London saw the opening of the adidas Spezial exhibition – presenting an incomplete history of adidas from a fans perspective.

The project showcased an impressive collection with contributions by collectors from all over the world. Of course some special guests showed up for the opening….

Take the time to visit and see for yourself – the exhibition is still up and running until the 27th of July.

“Personal Best” Film Trailer by Sam Blair Follows British Sprinters Pursuing Olympic Dreams

Perhaps a phrase that resonates somewhere deep inside all of use, the two words, “personal best,” are something that is all too familiar within the realm of competitive sports. As the London 2012 Olympics kick off, both athletes that will experience the elation of a win and those others that may fall victim to the despair of a loss retain the shared drive for achieving a personal best. Captured over a four year period, the aptly titled film, “Personal Best” from Sam Blair taps into the story of up-and-coming British sprinters and their paths to getting a chance at the Olympics. The rare perspective effectively pulls back the layers of depth, dedication and emotion that play into an Olympics hopeful. In addition, the full-length version of Personal Best is slated to be showcased in Shoreditch, London at the ongoing #adidasunderground event.
