adidas Originals Consortium is back with an Olympic themed concept….
Amongst others Quote from our neighborhood was chosen to work on the ZX 500 for the “Your Story”.
With the whole globe turning its focus on the 2012 London Olympics, the partners were asked to take inspiration from their own Olympic memories, and translate these for the Consortium SS12 collection. The designers were chosen from Olympic cities around the world and each told their story using a silhouette selected from the Consortium FW11 collection.
The first drop of “Your Story” encompasses 5 pairs, a ZX 500 – by Quote, a Matchplay by Jim Thompson, a BC by Kate Moross, a Pro-Shell by Muro and a Decade Hi by Aloe Blacc
The first drop will release at No74 / No6 and other Consortium retailers on May 19th!

Innervisions and Oukan 71 invite you to a get-together before our ‘Innervisions Überall’ night at Berghain/Panorama Bar on Saturday, March 17.
Oukan 71 is a concept store for Japanese & International avant-garde in Berlin, specializing in fashion and food from Japan. Since we have a lot of love for this country and its extraordinary people and culture, we were excited to organize a collaboration with the store.
These days, knowledge about Japan is common and its culture doesn’t seem as exotic as it once did. The lived experiences, which we collected during our multiple visits to the country, diversified and stretched our perception of the Land of the Rising Sun.
We’re delighted to share these moments by presenting a small collection of films, music and books on March 17 at Oukan 71.
For the next three months, this selection will give an overview of our perspective on fragments of Japanese culture.
At 20:00, you are cordially invited to our inaugural event at Oukan 71′s store space in Kronenstraße 71 in Berlin-Mitte.
Next to Yohij Yamamoto’s “This Is My Dream” DVD package, the upcoming vinyl release on Innervisions (IV37: Âme Live EP) will be available during the event and we will present four new t-shirts.
